O2E & ICOM
O2E & ICOM: contract
Logistics:
• Agreement signed in September 2013
• Partnership (not membership) will run until end of March 2014
• April 2014 = evaluation period for both parties
Terms & Conditions:
• Both parties will touch a percentage commission for min. 2 years for any
contract signed (5% of gross or net income – depending on context ).
• Priority to be given to existing ICOM agencies who already have internal PR
teams
• O2E to create link to ICOM website home page and visa versa (done!)
• O2E has access to MARs
• All ICOM requests involving O2E must first go through Gary
• O2E to copy Gary and relevant regional manager in email correspondance
O2E & ICOM: activities to date
Series of conference calls completed and several projects in the pipeline:
O2E bringing projects to ICOM:
• O2E & ICOM China: Current Chinese pharmaceutical client looking to
change advertising partner (we already do their PR)
• O2E & ICOM Africa: Possible business development project to launch a
Chinese fashion brand in Uganda
ICOM bringing projects to O2E:
• O2E & Patrick Gaulon: PR proposal provided for a cosmetic surgery
chain
• O2E & Lielens: Collaborating on an international PR pitch to celebrate
the bicentenary of the Battle of Waterloo
O2E & ICOM: next steps
• Agreement has been in place for 5 weeks so still early days to report
findings!
• Common goal: continue to generate business leads on both sides
