LATE WORK Late work will be accepted provided it is turned in within one week after the due date. As students need to be taught to meet deadlines, any work that is turned in late will receive half the credit it would have otherwise received. There are extenuating circumstances which may arise that would call for an exception to this policy. Should such circumstances come about, a parent or guardian will need to contact me. Be prepared for each day's class by bringing the proper materials and assignments with you. Be polite and respect everyone. Keep your hands, feet, body and objects away from others. Seek help whenever necessary. I enjoy helping my students! Help maintain a clean and orderly computer lab. Gum, food or drink of any kind is prohibited in the lab. The Internet should only be used with the instructor's permission, and only in a manner directly related to that day's lesson. Inappropriate use of the Internet will result in a detention or Saturday school and/or loss of Internet privileges, which will impact the student’s ability to complete certain assignments in the classroom. Destruction or mutilation of equipment in the computer lab will not be tolerated. Participate fully in all individual or group assignments. Give your complete attention to the instructor when he is stating directions or is engaged in instruction. Attend class daily, on time. Two unexcused tardies will result in an assigned morning detention. It is to your advantage to arrive on time so that you don't miss any important information. 11. Disruptive behavior detracts from the learning of the student engaged in the behavior and those around him. Such behavior may result in an assigned morning detention.
