STUDENT PROGRESS
Should you wish to keep on top of your student’s progress, I encourage you to e-mail or
call me. Students with proactive, involved parents/guardians traditionally have a much
higher level of success. If you wish to contact me, please feel free to e-mail me at the
above e-mail address (this is preferred to avoid “phone tag”) or call me at the school
number, extension 4552.
LATE WORK
Late work will be accepted provided it is turned in within one week after the due date. As
students need to be taught to meet deadlines, any work that is turned in late will receive
half the credit it would have otherwise received. There are extenuating circumstances
which may arise that would call for an exception to this policy. Should such
circumstances come about, a parent or guardian will need to contact me. Please let me
know as soon as possible in such a situation.

Be prepared for each day's class by bringing the proper materials and assignments
with you.
Be polite and respect everyone.
Keep your hands, feet, body and objects away from others.
Seek help whenever necessary. I enjoy helping my students!
Help maintain a clean and orderly computer lab. Gum, food or drink of any kind
is prohibited in the lab.
The Internet should only be used with the instructor's permission, and only in a
manner directly related to that day's lesson. Inappropriate use of the Internet will
result in a detention or Saturday school and/or loss of Internet privileges, which
will impact the student’s ability to complete certain assignments in the classroom.
Destruction or mutilation of equipment in the computer lab will not be tolerated.
Participate fully in all individual or group assignments.
Give your complete attention to the instructor when he is stating directions or is
engaged in instruction.
Attend class daily, on time. Two unexcused tardies will result in an assigned
morning detention. It is to your advantage to arrive on time so that you don't miss
any important information.
11.
Disruptive behavior detracts from the learning of the student engaged in the
behavior and those around him. Such behavior may result in an assigned morning
detention.
