3. Recommendation Form (in a sealed envelope signed on the flap)

IF SUBMITTING ONLINE:
Email us your intent of application at ateneoartswork@gmail.com with the above requirements as
attachments, except for the recommendation form. For the recommendation, ask the person
recommending you to email us directly via the same email.
Succesful applications will be announced by Monday, 25 January 2016, but acceptance letters may be
sent prior. Details regarding payment of the workshop fee (P6,000) will be sent once the roster of accepted
applicants is announced. (If there are logistical problems with regards to sending the application via mail,
please e-mail us your concerns and we will get back to you immediately.)
Samples of artistic work will be returned to the writers & artists.
