JELA Information Guide – DISA
The Joint Enterprise License Agreement (JELA) provides Army, Air Force and DISA with a single contract for
accessing the latest Microsoft technologies in support of top IT priorities around data center consolidation,
collaboration, cyber security, mobility and cloud computing. JELA is effective 1 NOV 2012 through 31 OCT
2015. There is a separate enrollment for each service (DISA, U.S. Army, and U.S. Air Force).
