This tool is used to determined how good or bad the assigned
business plan, and by using it we can estimate and add the
positive elements (the profits), and subtracting the negative
element (the expenses) to get the net profit.

This kind of profit gives us an idea wither the suggested
business plan suitable for us or not

The most preferable way to do this report is by listing all the
expenses and the profit anticipated in the report and list
them as numbers and tangible values

We can value all these incomes and outcomes by answering
all kind of questions asked at the beginning of the project
