P. Darius Raulinaitis, CFA®
First Vice President – Wealth Management
Portfolio Manager / Financial Advisor- p.darius.raulinaitis@smithbarney.com
Since 1990, Darius has developed a platform at Smith Barney that provides comprehensive wealth management strategies. As a
member of Smith Barney’s Portfolio Management Group, he oversees our clients’ equity and fixed income portfolios. His platform
encompasses retirement, education and estate planning with a focus on managing inter-generational wealth transference. Darius
belongs to the CFA Institute and The CFA Society of Los Angeles, Inc. A native of California, he graduated with a BA in Economics
from the University of California Los Angeles and with an MSBA in International Finance from San Francisco State University. Darius
lives in Thousand Oaks and is an avid participant in outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain biking, and his passion for sailing. His
six year old daughter just finished her fourth season on skis and recently picked up skateboarding, obviously following in her Dad’s
footsteps for adventure.

Laura has been with Smith Barney since 1996. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration and devotes herself to preparing
clients for the future. She communicates regularly and in detail with clients about their progress toward their goals. Laura regularly
organizes investment related educational events for clients, a wine tasting was the groups most recent success. She was born and
raised in a small town in Maine, so Laura enjoys incorporating her small town values in her work. She belongs to such organizations as
the Dude Ranchers Association, National Association for Female Executives and the Sierra Club. Laura lives in Pasadena yet misses
the small town country life. She enjoys riding horses and the occasional two step dancing.
Rebecca Gonzaga

Rebecca has 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the last eleven at Smith Barney. She runs the group from an
operational perspective. Rebecca is a resource to clients, answering questions and researching issues. Rebecca lives in La Verne.
She is proud to have a beautiful garden at her home and will happily offer some of her favorite rose bush ideas. She is also very
familiar with the need for our clients to utilize Education Savings accounts, as she has two children currently in college.
