January 7th Meeting Notes: The January 7, 2015 meeting notes were distributed to the FoN
WG on January 29th. Approval will be reviewed at the February Meeting.
FoN Contact List Reminder: The tri-chairs intend to maintain a complete and accurate list of all
current FoN members. Any updates and/or additions to the list may be sent to the tri-chairs.
Numbering Testbed Updates:
 A new ATIS committee has been created
 Mary Rekta and Chris Drake are co-chairs of the group.
 Several Use Cases have been received and reviewed by the team. The goal is for the group to
provide a readout to the TOPS Council in February.
FTN 7B Whitepaper
 There was brief discussion as to whether to keep this item tabled or closed. Being no
opposition, it was decided to keep this item tabled.

Updates on Open FTNs:
 FTN 4: Geographic Issues: (Mr. David Greenhaus).
o Mr. Greenhaus gave a summary of the whitepaper to the NANC in December, there
was some discussion following summary.
o Chairman Kane stated by virtue of presentation that was distributed to the NANC the
whitepaper was now public. She wants to draft a cover letter to go along with the
whitepaper to send to the FCC.
o Mr. Greenhaus suggested the FoN WG tri-chairs request a copy of the draft.
o
The NANC will review the cover letter before submitting to FCC.
 FTN 8: All IP Addressing: (Mary Retka/Michael Rothchild)
o
The group is working on identifying all applications that require addressing.

Industry Group Updates:
 INC: (Shaunna Forshee)
No Update. The INC is scheduled to meet the week of January 27th in Sterling, VA.

LNPA WG: (Suzanne Addington)
No update, the LNPA WG was meeting the week of Jan 5th.
 ATIS/SIP FORUM (NNI): (Penn Pfautz)
The group had received some comments on the profile document, but not a lot of comments
on the routing doc. Meeting in Miami on 2/15.
FCC Wire Center trial updates (GN Docket No. 12-353)
 Mark Lancaster reported that there has been no direct activity.
New Contributions:
The FoN welcomes any suggestions that members have regarding new contributions.
Contribution Forms are available for your convenience online at: http://www.nancchair.org/docs/documents.html. Forms can be submitted to the tri-chairs and will be
distributed to the group for review.
