According to the latest research, global mobile payment trading volume is about 240 billion dollars and the number will reach 1000 in 2015. East Asia and China, Western Europe, and Northern America will be the largest three mobile payment markets, and these three markets will account for 75% of global turnovers in 2015. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the E-Commerce 12th Five-Year Plan, which requested to boost establishing and spreading mobile payment standard and promote the popularization of mobile electronic business applications, including mobile payment, buying tickets for public transportation, public services paying and supermarket shopping.
