The Position
The Voorheesville Central School District has one full-time, probationary position for a
foreign language teacher (Spanish) beginning September 1, 2015 in the middle/high school. Salary
and benefits for this position are stated in the teacher contract.

Fully certified in New York State as Spanish 7-12.
There will be a background check and fingerprinting (as required by law).
Experience at the middle school level or with young adolescents preferred.
Dedicated to teaching and to students.
Good college record and excellent references.
Excellent health, work habits, and employment attendance history.
Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
