What: Un Cuento
Mode: Interpretive, Presentational
Why: Demonstrate your understanding of preterite vs. imperfect by creating your
own Spanish fairy tale.
How: You may use Prezi, Digital Photo Storytelling, Zooburst, or ToonDoo. Please
see Sra Popovich if you wish to use a different media for your “Cuento”
When:
Rough draft/Story board due- 03/05/13
Final draft- 08/05/13
Please consider the following:
1. Brainstorm a creative, unique story
2. Find appropriate pictures to illustrate your story
3. Write the script that will be the narration for your story
4. Record your narration or prepare to present in class
5. Synch your narration with the slides to create a video
6. Add any transitions or effects to make the final product interesting
Minimum:
12 pages(this includes a title page and dedication page), 10 uses of preterite, 10
uses of imperfect, 10 pictures
Work must be typed. Pictures must accompany narration.
If the media you chose does not allow you to record your narration, you must use
Google Voice to record a narration of your fairy tale. This is due at the same time
as your project.
