Overall Aims of Course This course provides the principles of Business Law and Contract formation that apply to American and Egyptian legal system as a whole. The course provides an insight of a particular emphasis on the study of Contract formation and its different types also the Contract ways of performance and the available legal treatment of the contract breaches.
