An online class is one in which both students and instructor study and communicate via their electronic
devices including pc computer, I-pad and I-phone and so on.
-Scope
1.We researched about vitalization of online class from countries such as the States and United
Kingdom through states such as the New York state and the Georgia.
2. We will present about similarities and differences between two countries and between two states.

The biggest difference between these countries are the years it takes to earn a
bachelors degree. In the US it takes 4 years and in the UK it only takes 3 years.

The biggest difference between the GA and NY is whoever from inside and outside the
university can access to the courses.
