Moviemaker Project

OBJECTIVE:
The students will create a movie using Moviemaker that includes the grammar and vocabulary that we have been
learning in class this year.
ADVANCE PREPARATION
Before Friday, 4/26, the students will plan their project in a rough outline and bring a minimum of 5 pictures
taken with digital camera or cell phone and downloaded onto computer. These will be used during the training
session on Friday with Mr. Eric Haufler, our computer trainer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Use a minimum of 10 pictures (which you can take with your cell phone or digital camera) to illustrate your life.
Record your voice over the pictures so that what you say corresponds with the picture.
Your movie should last about 2 minutes. If you have music in the background, it must be very soft so that your
voice is clearly heard over it.
TOPICS:
Each chapter we have studied this year has had a different focus. Looking back on what you have learned, write
a few sentences to address each of the topics. You can use your book to help you. Use these topics to create
your movie. Be creative and interesting.
