SEED GERMINATION LAB
REPORT
Problem: How do seeds germinate
(grow) over time?
Hypothesis: As time goes by, the
plant’s height increases.
Materials: petri dish, paper towel,
scissors, soil, dixie cup, water.
PROCEDURE
Place seeds into soaked towel in petri tray.
Place tray on window sill; sunny location.
Each day water seeds, record observations and
measurements for 10 days.
