Stewart Haas Racing, QC Engineer. July 30, 2012-Present
-Measure, inspect, and compare parts, chassis, and car related items to ensure only quality parts are used.
-Document failures, mileage, and inventory of parts to develop future procedures to eliminate repeat failures.
-Use Romer and Faro arms to measure components and use data for part analysis.
-Use SolidWorks for part design to either lighten existing components or prevent an observed incident.
-Proficient Power Inspect and ROMER use. Create template files, import CAD data and model surface tolerances.
-Use Gridlock for body measures, suspension setup measures etc.
-Operate 3D scanner for body surface evaluation with Aero Group.
Westside Research, Lead SolidWorks Design Engineer. September 2009-October 2011
-Invent and engineer products in the cargo management industry using SolidWorks 3D modeling
-Product development for outside companies (we did a lot of inventing and licensing)
-Product prototyping and field testing, handled shipments: incoming, processing and outgoing (cradle to grave)
-Worked side by side with the Owner/Manager of the business(A very strong engineer with an extensive background)
-I left this job because business was slowing down and I needed to increase my income and get my life started
Transfer Flow Inc. CNC Plasma & 7 axis Robot Welder Operator. January 31, 2012-June 1, 2012
-Operated a Komatsu CNC Plasma Cutter and a vacuum suction lift
-Read plans and evaluate proper orientation for break press
-Maintain machines and log work operations on personal ops. tracker
-Underwater pressure test, Lincoln 7 axis Robot welder operator
-Mig and Tig welder, and much more misc. metal shop equipment
-I left this job to pursue greater future endeavors

-I was the one person selected out of 60 applicants after 5 days of training and interviews
-I am a certified sales man, and I have the ability to be employed at any distributor
-The job appeared to have an enticing compensation however the work environment and facility drew me away
-It was a great short term experience
Norcal Performance, Shock Specialist. January 2010- November 2010
-Custom built professional racing suspension systems
-Dyno tuned and tested a variation of shocks
-Assembled Sprint cars, stock cars, and midgets
-I left because race season ended and I needed to focus on school

-Digging and installing irrigation systems

-The owner is a good friend of mine and I just helped him get caught up on a large project

-I help out the local fire stations with vinyl they use to label different shifts equipment

About Myself
-I’ve been driving race cars for over 13 years
-I’ve done all my own maintenance since I was 14 (past 8 years)
-Won 5 Championships, numerous races and awards
-I have done a lot of work as an engineer in a variety of different mechanical applications
-I am a very driven person; I am an extremely quick learner and have always been a very successful student
-I enjoy helping other people; I am a people person, easy going and easy to get along with
-I am a very proficient public speaker; I have strong debate skills
-I am a strong leader, good at organizing and managing tasks and delegating team responsibilities
