Motion to approve agenda made by Kaitlin, Andrew seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously.
East bank vs. West bank hockey game
Friday January 23rd at 10:00pm-12:00am
Battle between East and West bank with profits going to Kawartha Comets.
Asking Gzowski for $400 for event.
Motion to table discussion until next meeting made by Jake. Carmen seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion to accept Lea’s resignation from Cabinet made by Carmen, Jake seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Presidents Report
Training session around elections: will keep Cabinet posted on this training.
Training sessions this week on conflict management: November 12th 2:00pm and
November 13th 10:00 am. Would like to see Cabinet members try to attend at least
one of these sessions.
Hunger Games tickets are all claimed.
Movember funding request asking Cabinet for $50.
Motion to fund Movember concert $50 made by Carmen, Taylor seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Colleges Ball Debrief:
Successful turnout.
Issue with food. To talk to Venue about the incident.
To look into First Aid training for Cabinet members.

Psychology Society $50. Motion seconded by Carmen. Andrew abstained from
voting, motion carried.
Jake motioned to fund Trent Anthropology Society $50. Motion seconded by

Senior Social Report
Friday November 21:
Friday Night Pub-Crawl shirts to be sold for $10.
Saturday November 22:
A bus is booked for a trip to the Eaton Centre.
Free pool at Riley’s from 12:00-3:00 which Taylor and Jake volunteered to staff.
Watch hockey games at Champs. All ages event, starts at 7:00pm.
Sunday November 23:
Pancakes vs Waffles - 10:00 am in Gzowski
Winter Welcome Back Week:
Looking to have skating, tobogganing etc.
Holiday Dinner:
Working with the College Office.

Popcorn machine:
Discussed letting TCSA hold on to the popcorn machine rather than them picking it
up and returning it monthly.
Discussed the possibility of a cleaning fee if popcorn machine not returned clean.
Taylor reminded Cabinet members to be sure to put things away and to keep the
Cabinet Office clean.
Changes in the Constitution:
1. Change of First and Second Year Social Reps to Junior and Senior Social Reps.
2. Change of On-Residence and Off-Residence Reps to On-Campus and Off-Campus
Reps.
3. Removed Railjam Committee from Constitution.
4. Added sit on Railjam Club Board to Athletics Rep, Senior Treasurer, and to
President or Vice-President.
Motion to omnibus all changes to the constitution and accept them made by Taylor.
Andrew seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
