1.1. Description and definitions
The requirement specification, cf. section 1.3, describes all the requirements for the acquisition and consists of six columns with the

1.2. Classification
All requirements are mandatory requirements (SHALL) and shall be fulfilled by the tenderer. If just one of the mandatory requirements is not fulfilled, the tenderer's tender will not be taken into further consideration.

signing of the Agreement.
The remaining P/N 2006106-109 SHALL
be delivered within 14 months from
signing of the Agreement. A delivery
schedule defining partial deliveries during the 14 months shall agreed upon.
