Collaborated with a subject matter expert to create a general education biology course with quality learning outcomes, and
learning activities in a dynamic new HTML5 format.
Lead a small team of new instructional designers through several projects to ready courses for academic starts, embedded
tutoring, and migrating courses to a multimedia based format.

Collaborated with over 60 subject matter experts, and program directors to create over 60 courses with quality learning outcomes,
learning activities, and assessments with a focus on active learning and critical thinking.
Lead a team of multimedia designers to produce multimedia for online courses based on learning outcomes and active learning
resulting in the enhancement of 50 plus courses.
Developed, designed, and delivered physics courses for Excelsior College that included active learning experiment simulations,
learning outcomes aligned with learning activities and assessments, content-supported multimedia, and scientific reporting in
which 100% of students found success.
Coordinated the production and recording of many web conferences, college media events, and multimedia creation for hundreds
of online courses resulting in higher student retention and an increase in student comprehension.
Taught a course several times for novice college teachers that explored the educational theory and practice for teaching online
courses resulting in an increase in teacher preparedness.
Honored with an Innovation in Education Award for developing and implementing development improvement ideas.
Converted 100 plus online college courses of a 750 course college wide conversion project from one learning management
system to another including HTML and flash editing, creation, and technical support.
