Warranty Policy
Damaged Shipments
We take all the precautions we can to make sure your items are packaged as securely as possible,
but despite our best efforts, sometimes you might receive a damaged shipment. If your item has
been damaged during shipping, please call us within 72 hours of receipt of the item. We will
have a new item shipped to you, and start a claim with UPS or FedEx for the damaged item.
During this process please keep the original packaging and material as UPS or FedEx in most
cases will want to inspect the damaged goods. Once the claim is filed a representative of UPS or
FedEx will contact you to set up an appointment to inspect and pick up the package for return. If
UPS or FedEx does not come to inspect the package, or does not take the damaged item with
them, please call us so we can send a return label to have the item returned to us.
Missing Shipments
If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us
immediately to start a UPS or FedEx trace.
Undeliverable Or Refused Shipments
Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete
or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All
packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may
charge you a 15% restocking fee at our discretion based on the returned item.
Returning A Product

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product please contact us within our 30 day return policy period, and
we will process your return free of shipping charges. Contact returns@nurperformance.com to
process your return.
In the event of a defect that occurs outside our return policy, but within the manufacturer
warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. The manufacturer will
have sole determination of the outcome of the claim. As a courtesy to our customers, NUR
Performance will be happy to try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim, but we have no
final say in the decision made by the manufacturer (i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.).
NUR Performance is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the
installation of wrong or defective parts.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
NUR Performance ships orders via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All shipping options are outlined
during checkout. If you have any questions about shipping please feel free to contact us.
All purchases over $100 will qualify for free “standard” ie; ground shipping.
Because UPS & FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a
physical delivery address to avoid delaying your shipment.
We will ship to APO/FPO addresses, but please contact us first for proper arrangement of such
shipping. Also we would like express our gratitude to those who serve for the United States
Military.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received
it. Your item must be also be in the original packaging. Returns will only be accepted within the
first 30 days of the arrival of the product, and must have a previously approved Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All RMA requests should be sent to
returns@nurperformance.com, or by calling 1-239-672-8347.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.
Special order items and electronics are not able to be accepted for return. We may charge you a
15% restocking fee at our discretion based on the returned item.
NUR Performance reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization.
Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends,
holidays, and the day the package is delivered).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you should usually receive the refund within
5 business. If you have no received your refund within 5 business days please contact
accounting@nurperformance.com or call 1-239-672-8347.
