FIVE IMPORTANT ACTIONS
1.GET 8-10 HOURS OF SLEEP EACH NIGHT.
2.Eat nutritious meals and drink 8 glasses of water each
day.
3.Engage in 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity each
day.
4.Avoid the use of tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.
5. Bathe daily, and floss and brush your teeth every day.
