AP Physics 1 Summer Assignment
Reference: Physics Textbook : College Physics by Serway/Faughn. You may check this out from
the textbook office.
1. Read Chapter 1 –Introduction
2. Answer Problems on p. 19-22 #1-55 ODD numbers only. Make sure that you check and
compare your answers at the back of the textbook to see if you are on the right track.
3. Read Chapter 2- Motion in One Dimension
4. Answer Problems on p. 47-49 #1-37 ODD numbers only.
5. Do the best that you can. If you cannot answer all of them that’s okay. This is just an
exposure to the type of questions that we have in Physics.
