Laura has over 10 years’ experience in the field of Personal Training. She stumbled upon personal training while in college, as she needed to lose weight du e to the infamous “freshman fifteen.” Although she lost the weight, her undeniable passion for fitness continued to grow. In fact, she completely changed her career path and has spent most of her adult career as a personal trainer and business owner.

Laura believes in creating a foundation, with regards to strength training. She, and her team, uses compound exercises and functional, total body movements to build lean mass and bodyfat reduction.

Mark is a functional strength and conditioning specialist who spent many years honing his training techniques fighting evil-doers on the mean streets of Gotham City. Part ninja, part-man, part caped crusader, he has made it his life’s mission to transform his clients into mechanically and structurally sound ‘life-athletes’ (Life-letes??) through periodized strength and conditioning programs tailored specifically to their needs (before disappearing into a cloud of smoke at the end of each session, of course!) This former military (twice), lifelong martial artist and fitness enthusiast has been through virtually every type of training out there, and he is here to share his experience with you!

Felix’s interest in fitness first began while he was in college. He was overweight and began to change his eating habits and started exercising at a local fitness center. After several months, he lost 35 pounds and has kept it off ever since!

Felix enjoys trying different exercises to keep it interesting and fun. Every session will always be different than the next and he likes to use high intensity workouts which incorporate weight training. Weight training is important even if your goal is to lose weight! Combing the right exercises with proper nutrition would be the best way to reach optimal results.

Sydney is a firm believer that fitness is more about living an active and enjoyable life than it is about physical appearances.

Although she has a background in healthcare, she has truly found her niche in the fitness industry by inspiring, motivating, and educating those who have once struggled like she had.

She believes, “giving back to others is a reward in itself for continuous motivation and selfimprovement.”
