 Vocab – approx. 50 questions, Unit #1-7
 Literature – approx. 70 questions over The Sun Also Rises, Our Town, Biblical Literacy,
Of Mice and Men, “Turalecito”, “Winter Dreams”
 Research Process: Be able to write a Works Consulted entry on a card for 1) a single
author book and 2) a signed article from a familiar reference book/encyclopedia
(shortened version). Answer questions about WC and Notecards (use the handouts I gave
at the beginning of the research w/ the cards on them).
 Citations: Read a signed magazine article and
o 1) write a Works Consulted entry for it
o 2) Write a summary of the articles integrating 4 citations (2 direct quotes (options
1, 2, 3 or 4) and 2 paraphrased citations (options 5, 6, 7a, 7b). You will also label
the citations
