Chanard (Bureau etudes GEA) Excused: Marie-Noelle Beaumont, 1- Introduction (Achille Petrilli): Minutes of the last SPOB have been approved. 2- Master Plan – Bureau d’etudes GEA (M. Chanard): - Project for Prevessin and Meyrin sites but priority to Meyrin due to Route de Meyrin’s layout. - Falling due 2030 - Partners: CERN : 4 Committees (environment, energy, user, real estate) + 1 external group (layout, mobility, landscape) Confederation Suisse, Etat de Geneve, TPG, Rhone-Alpes, Meyrin, Saint-Genis Object: more “green space” at CERN - Prioritize “green” mobility in CERN Site (bikes, regular shuttles). 3- Status of and proposed measures for building complex B16/17/153 (C.-H. Denarie): Urgent points: - 10 lamps for evacuation are missing - Evacuation tubes for dirty water broken - An overhead crane 40T is in good state. Cracks in Building 16 start to increase. - Painting to do, toilets and blind to be change. General problems: - Heating old and make a lot of noise for a big volume. Noise level does not comply. CG reports these building are in the top of the list because important building for PH. PhB asks the definition to know the priority for a building to be refurbished. FM identifies critical problems for buildings to appear in the consolidation plan later. AP suggests sending this presentation to group leaders to identify unhealthy buildings because there is no database for this. PhB asks to FM to give this information to next GTPE 4- Status of Buildings 13 & 14 (Jorgen Christiansen): - Electronics keys installed : small inconvenient : to be updated 1 time per month - Storage 13/S & 14/S ready - 2 conference rooms to be booked only for PH-ESE group. Requests: - Requests air conditioning for top floors (very hot in summer). Paint + air conditioning in the conference room 13/2-005 BG informs air-conditioning will be installed and proposes to park bikes in front of Buildings 14 & 11. Entrance refurbishment: strongly needed. Who pay for this? GS? PH? ESE? Cost estimated: 75000 CHF. JSD tells as GS should pay and JC suggests splitting this. PhB suggests presenting this project to CERN Management to have a budget. 5- Status Report (Sebastien Auerbach): - Buildings 185 & 610: PH-DT fills in all 610. CG suggests to use place in Building 162 due to Opera’s departure. - 4/S: pipe insulation almost ended. 6- Space Requests (Sebastien Auerbach): - 50 pallets of optical fibers should leave from 191/S (PH-ESE). JC tells it belongs to CMS. AP will check. 7- AOB: - WC : Visit in Point 2. GS agreed that there was no more stockage place in Point 2. Tent ecarted. During the next Site Committee will be given the presentation from Arturo Tauro about stockage and extension barrack 3294. - CG: Building 188 is in pitiful state. Structure to be on place about requests from this building and in particularly electric power. PhB suggests a meeting with ATLAS group leaders concerned for this building.
