INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE


I worked (from 15 July 2013 to 12 august 2014) at “Kudos Chemie Ltd, Mohali Punjab”
as a production officer.
By the Batch Unit Process Hydrogenation of phenyl Azoprymidine, handling the
production of Adenine.
Responsibilities:
 Day-to-day planning of activities as per instruction of plant manager.
 Monitor all production stages & maintain process parameter as per the BPR.
 Allotment of work as per availability of raw material, man power and priorities given to
optimize production during shift hours.
 Monitoring of compliance of process parameters to ensure proper quality and yield.
 Coordinate with quality control lab for testing of inprocess samples and to take necessary
corrective actions.
 Practices TPM, 5S and knowledge of ISO 9001.
 Working knowledge on PLC and SCADA based Plant.
