BUSINESS NEEDS

Parts R Us has substantially grown in the past 3
years and have had difficulty accurately
balancing end of year sales for tax preparation
and keeping up with inventory. Due to the
company’s outdated paper-based filing system we
currently have problems with located parts easily
in our warehouse, we seldom misplace sales
receipts and our tax consultants have threatened
to charge additional fees for the additional work.

To enhance our operational efficiency by
developing an inventory system that will replace
the current paper-based filing system to better
serve the management team, customers, and tax
consultants.

30, 2010.
Technical: Company must purchase the
necessary hardware for inventory system
Administrative: Company must outsource
assistant for imputing all parts and descriptions
in new system
