Prepare detail Work Plan 8. Prepare progress report of the project activities on prescribed format on monthly/quarterly basis 9. Conduct of Audits 1. The duties and functions of Fund Manager shall be such as may be assigned to him by the Project Manager. In addition, he will be responsible for processing of Death Compensation & Retirement Benefits cases 2. Coordinating the shifting of Group Insurance Fund to the Project Fund 3. Operational management and Processing of Fund Management and investment analysis 4. Coordinating project activities 5. Maintenance of accounts as per IAS 26 6. Timely submission of financial information to Management 7. Preparation of progress report of the assigned activities on prescribed format on monthly/ quarterly basis or as directed 8. Preparation of various queries/ abstracts/ summaries 1. The duties and functions of SAP FI Module Expert shall be such as may be assigned to him by the Project Manager. In addition, he will be Qualification 1. Masters Degree in Management Sciences from a Recognized University with 5 years experience in Pension Accounts Management in Govt./Semi-govt. 2. Maintaining of office files in order and safety, maintaining record of inflow & outflow, office inventories, supplies etc 1. Typing of summaries, drafts, letters, notes, prepare and operate presentations etc. 2. Data coding/ Data entry under the prescribed format and generate reports. 3. To upload data on the website as and when required. 4. To install latest software’s and minor trouble shooting of the system. 5. To point out problems/ issues in the provided software (MIS, modules, database etc) as and when required 6. Look after computer accessories, equipments and to maintain record register of the furniture and fixture of the Cell 8. Any other duties assigned by the SAP FI/HR Expert Will serve as Driver with any officer/ staff of the Project Responsible for dusting/cleaning of office, cleaning of equipments, operate photocopying machine, carrying dak, serve as messenger any other duty assign by project staff Bachelor's degree with working experience of 2 years in Office Management Bachelor degree in computers science or 1st class bachelor degree with 1 year diploma of IT.
