

procedures, service level agreements and legislative requirements. Taught in a classroom setting using a
variety of teaching techniques with a focus on classroom and web based training. Used Adult Learning
Theory principles to maximize information absorption and retention. Assisted team leads with 1 to 1s and
facilitated weekly meetings. Created a coach curriculum that was used to establish consistency and drive
performance results from coaches and learners.
