SLOT ATTENDANT: (1 PTE) Provides cashier-host services to customers in hotel slot room. Duties may be at the point of sale station or as a customer service representative on the floor. Education: High School diploma or GED. Experience: Must have a minimum of three months prior cashier related experience. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Must be at least 18 years of age, and must be able to maintain a Washington State and/or Chehalis Tribal Gaming Class III License, as required. SECURITY OFFICER: (1 FTE) MUST be willing to work nights/week-ends/holidays. Will follow security procedures, works to ensure protection of company’s assets and safety of customers and employees. Will need to observe and report all activities, incidents, or safety hazards to uphold the integrity of the hotel’s slot room. Employee may have to respond to emergency situations as they arise. Education: High School diploma or GED. Experience: Able to learn and follow detailed security manual procedures. Excellent communication and customer relations skills. Physical ability to perform security duties. Basic report-writing skills. Must be able to carry 75 lb. money boxes. Prior experience in a security position is preferred but not required. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Washington State class III Gaming License is required. Front Desk Supervisor: Manage the Front Desk Department in a manner that maintains company standards for Guest Satisfaction, Associate Satisfaction, Product Quality, Quality Assurance, Revenue Management, Cost Management, and Asset Protection. Provides leadership as measured by company values and standards. Skills & Abilities: Computer & Office Skills: Ability to operate a hotel reservation system, with proficiency in OPERA, must be able to type 30+ wpm, and be able to use the telephone in a professional manner. Experience: Must have hotel reservation experience. Supervisory experience in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred. Clean guest suites in an allotted time period using the proper procedures and chemicals as determined and provided by management. Education: High School diploma or GED. Experience: Familiarity with housekeeping including sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services. NIGHT AUDIT CLERK: (1 PTE) Serves guest by completing registration and controlling room assignments. Welcomes and registers guest, establishes credit, directs guest to room, relays messages, answers questions about services, maintains and updates records, obtains payments, makes reservations, secures valuables. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Experience working as a night auditor or equivalent experience in a related field.
