Technology and Emerging Energy
Firstransact wants to be ‘first to market’ with many lubricant innovations, and the
company’s commitment to research and development reflects that it is well placed to
introduce the next generation of world-leading lubricants in Africa. We distribute
lubricants manufactured at a global network of base oil plants, blending plants and
grease plants before delivery to customers through distribution facilities worldwide.

improve our chances of finding, developing and generating empowerment.
We also are investing in the development of emerging energy technologies and
make them available locally, such as finding better ways to sell nonfood-based biofuels,
integrating advanced solar technology into our operations and expanding our

finished lubricants.
On daily basic we implement our knowledge, expertize and know how to serve and
deliver best services and products in a timely fashion manner we make and sell more
than 300 different lubricants to meet customer needs across a wide range of
applications, marketed. Firstransact portfolio of lubricant brands includes Shell, Total,
Rheinol and Tamoil.
Since 1997, Fistransact’s partners have been manufacturing its lubricants at its stateof-the-art lubricant oil blending plant with a fully robotised, environmentally safe and
spill-proof plant that has various quality and environment management systems
certifications like ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certificates. Their lubricants have extensive
distribution network.
To be closer to the customer and easy business our company has set up a Customer
Service Centre (CSC), in Douala for an effective Lubricants Supply Chain. The
introduction of a new CSC is essential to pave the way for introducing a new
standardized and simplified way of working.

Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Mahindra & Mahindra, Skoda, Ford, Wartsila, SAME and
Thermax. In addition to this, they also have customers such as Tata iron & Steel,
TELCO, Maruti Udyog, SAIL, ONGC, Jindal Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ford, etc.
