Notes:
1. All exams will be held in J4.04, except for Geography, which will be in E1.10 and
Biology and Chemistry, which will be in C3.30 at Granville TAFE.
2. You must have your TAFE Photo ID card on your desk for each exam.
3. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will not be admitted to the examination room.
You are not to leave the examination room in the first 30 minutes.
You are not to leave the examination room in the last 15 minutes.
5. YOU MUST NOT HAVE A MOBILE PHONE IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM
6. If, for a valid reason, you are about to miss an exam, you must:
a) leave a phone message on 9780 5588 or 9780 5648 before the start of the exam, or
send me an email (ken.enderby@tafensw.edu.au).
b) bring a medical certificate to me or to Marta as soon as possible and sit for a
substitute exam at a time nominated by your teacher. This must occur during the
trial exam period.
7. Classes resume on Tuesday 1st September, 2015.
