ALL ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME
Well, for starters, my full name is Elizabeth Marie Brooks. I am actually named after my grandmother-her
name is Marie Elizabeth Brooks. So my name is hers but backwards
 I live in Dundalk, Maryland but I plan to move in a few years to Pennsylvania.
I am currently getting my A.A. degree and going for my BSN at Notre Dame of Maryland University.
I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend Jacob for over two years and plan to get married to him
after graduating nursing school.
I have a very big family who I love very much, and I have a few good friends.
I have a black lab named Bella who is the love of my life. She is great!
And last but not least, I have a 2004 Ford Mustang that I worked and saved hard to get. Her name is
“Silver Bullet.”

MY WEAKNESSES
I have a huge weakness for Reese's Peanut butter cups!
Ice cream (especially hot fudge sundaes)
Cereal
Brownies
Basically, I have a weakness for sweets!

WHERE DO I SEE MYSELF IN FIVE YEARS?
First off, I see myself already graduated from nursing school with my BSN degree
I see myself working at one of my favorite hospitals: University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center.
I see myself married to Jacob, my boyfriend now.
I see myself owning a house in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania with my husband.
I even see in 5 years having my first baby on the way.
I see myself owning a Jeep Wrangler SUV (my dream car after my mustang).
I see owning a chocolate lab and a German shepherd which are mine and Jacob’s dream dogs.
I see success overall in my next five years to come.

WHAT WOULD MY PROFESSORS/BOSS SAY ABOUT
ME?
This is a good question to think about but, I have a few things in mind that I feel in my heart that they would say:
They would say that I am very dependable. I would do anything they asked me to do if I can.
They know I am on top of things and easy to get a hold of.
They would say that I’m very nice and a good listener. I give anyone who is talking to me my full attention because, to
me, it’s rude not to.
They would say that I am very trustworthy. My good name is important to me.
And lastly, they would say that I am a hard worker. Simply because you don’t get things or accomplish things in life by
being lazy.

ONE THING I WOULD CHANGE IF I HAD TO LIVE
MY LIFE OVER AGAIN
When I think about this question, the first thing that comes to mind is my senior year of high
school. For one, I transferred to Patapsco High School my senior year in 2010-I was coming from
a private school that I had attended since sixth grade. When I transferred to Patapsco, I fit in
right away. I started cross country in the fall, made lots of friends, and was just having fun being a
teenager. Until one day, a boy came into my life and my life went from having fun to being
centered around a boy. It started out a fun relationship, so I thought, then I became miserable. We
never did anything together really, I rarely hung out with my friends anymore, and most
importantly I forgot who I was. To sum it all up, this guy was not good for me to say the least. He
destroyed my confidence and self-worth. During this time, I should of never worried about a boy
for later on in my life that time would come. However, when you are young and naive you cannot
see the forest for the trees. This moment in my life is something I would change in a heartbeat,
however, I am now at peace with my life and look at that moment as a lesson very well learned.

IF I WERE AN ANIMAL, WHICH ONE WOULD I BE?
If anybody knows me well, knows that I absolutely love giraffes and that is the animal I
would be. Why?
They are just awesome. They are considered one of the most inspiring creatures on this
planet
Believe it or not, they can run very fast.
They are tall (I am short).
They are very powerful when it comes to fighting other animals such as, lions.
The complex patterns of their fur are not only individual to different subspecies but
rather every single giraffe has a unique pattern just like a human with fingerprints.
