In 2009, he formed Atchison Actuarial Services and James has been the company's chief actuary since then. He is the team leader whose role is to enforce professionalism and to establish key organisational processes that meet client expectations. His professional career was shaped by experience gained with Hymans Robertson (UK) and Alexander Forbes Financial Services (East Africa) Limited. James has been involved with the Zimbabwean Pensions and Insurance industry since 2001. Tawanda Chituku [D.A.T, C.F.I (UK), 2011], General Manager – Tawanda is a founding non-executive director of Atchison Actuarial Services. He is a nearly qualified actuary and currently holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Actuarial Techniques as well as a Chartered Certificate in Finance and Investment. His career began in 2003 and he has assumed varying actuarial roles since. Tawanda is the team leader responsible for client service and promise delivery. Elphas Toreveyi [Bsc. (UKZN)], Senior Actuarial Analyst – Elphas is an experienced actuarial analyst, who holds a Bachelor of actuarial science degree from the University of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa. He joined Atchison on 1 January 2011 where he has a key player in the team. He is responsible for high level actuarial analysis and modelling, which are key components to the successful execution of client mandates.
