about 1 cm. apart.
2. Folder over the tops and staple the top fold. Label it as follows:
Cell Theory Flap:
1. Top flap- Make a timeline showing the history of the cell theory and the
scientists that have contributed to it. Use your notes.
2. Bottom flap- List the three parts of the cell theory.
Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes Flap:
1. Top flap- Make a chart of the differences between prokaryotic and
eukaryotic cells.
2. Bottom Flap- Write what they both have in common and paste a picture
illustrating both types of cells.
Levels of Organization:
1. Top flap- Define the following: cell organelles, cell, tissue, organ, organ
system, and organism.
2. Bottom flap- Glue a picture on it and draw a flow chart or bubble chart
showing the flow of the levels.
Cell Differentiation:
1. Top flap- On the left side define cell differentiation. On the right side answer
why cell differentiation is needed?
2. Bottom flap- Illustrate cell differentiation and paste it on.
Plant Cell vs. Animal Cell:
1. Top flap- Cut and paste the plant cell. Put a box around the cell organelles
that are unique to plant cells. Define each function as well.
2. Bottom flap- Cut and paste the animal cell. Put a circle around the cell
organelles that are unique to animal cells. Define each function as well.
