Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) This requires exhibitors or appointed stand contractors to submit Construction Phase Plan that encompasses the RAMS previously required for stand construction. We are working closely with HSE and will have more information published as it becomes available. Catering New Legislation on food allergens (Dec 2014) means external caterers are not allowed on site unless they are a registered food business.
