How to Order: New Lines (pg.1), Upgrades (pg.4), and Accessories (pg.7)
1. Log into b2b.verizonwireless.com with User ID and password provided.
2. Click on the word “Orders” in the red banner.
To ADD A NEW LINE:

Change Quantity to 1 and Add to Cart.

3. Confirm Device Selections displays:

Enter User’s name here.
Select Device Insurance. (All options may not display. Wait for Step 6!)
Keep My Number is for porting-in (from Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile).
Continue to Plans.
4. Choose Add to Existing Billing Account from drop-down menu.
a. Click on Search.
b. Select Account.

Select SHARED Plan/Messaging/Data from the drop-down lists. VoiceAndData options bundle in
unlimited data along with shared minutes.
a. Choose Minutes.
b. Select Plan and Continue.
c. Continue

6. Select any optional Features.
a. You can change your insurance selection here.

Choose your accessories:
a. Discounted Bundle Packages will be at the top.
b. Change Quantity to 1 (or more), then Add to Cart.
c. Continue.
8. Continue to Checkout.
a. Enter User Information
i. Everything marked with an asterisk* MUST be filled out.
ii. Pick out the beginning of your new number from the list.
iii. Continue.
b. Enter Shipping Address.
i. Signature is required for delivery.
c. Enter Credit Card information.
d. Continue.
9. Review & Confirm.
10. CHECK YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE by choosing Change Features: (see below)
11. Continue to Checkout, Review and Confirm.
12. Submit Order.

1. Click on:
2. Enter the number you will upgrade.

Select Add To Cart and

a. Choose Insurance option. (All options may not display. Wait for Step 7 and

b. Choose No to keep the same plan and features, choose Yes to make changes.
c. Continue.

Select your minutes to share.

9. Review and Submit.
