What Warning Signs Did Aaron Show that Might Lead to Suicide? After the divorce, things got really bad for Aaron. He lived with his mother, who was always on his case about something. Aaron knew that she as worried about money. His mom couldn't pay enough money to buy food. His dad did not seem to care that they were struggling and really never even came around after meeting his new girlfriend., Sandra. Aaron feels sad that his dad does not see him. Aaron was also having trouble at school. He has always enjoyed school and has been a good student but now he is not doing good in his classes. He got bad grades. Aaron stopped trying in school because he knew that his grades were very bad. Aaron would lay awake at night feeling sad about his mom and dad. Since Aaron did not get a lot of sleep he was not able to play soccer very well because he was so tired. Aaron quit the soccer team because he was playing badly. Aaron's girlfriend, Ashley told him she didn't want to see him anymore. When Ashley told Aaron this, he said. "I wish I was dead." After school Tony, Aaron's friend invited him over to play pool. Aaron did not go play pool he said he had things to do at home. Aaron went home and collected all of his favorite things into his car. He drove over to Tony's house and gave his things to his friends. He told his friends, " Thank you for being friends with me. I am giving you my favorite things. I do not need them anymore." Then Aaron left his friends house and went home sad. Aaron went home and stole 2 beers from the refrigerator. He went up to his room and drew sad pictures.
