TAYLOR, nurse who ran unit. Spent three weeks in unit, knew would have to
work in CORONARY CARE to learn about coronary care. Describes.
CHARGE NURSE role [1970-1976], managerial responsibilities, task to do staff
rosters, needed 24 hour cover with REGISTERED NURSES, student nurse workforce, 'determine how many RNs would have ... not involved in employment of
RNs', capital estimates. No WARD CLERK, DOCTORS ‘put enormous pressure to
