Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF
WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
The QT Pizza Party Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of
Columbia who are aged 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of QuikTrip Corporation (“QuikTrip”) and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, parents and
children) and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to enter. Contest is
subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. This Contest is in no way
sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
Entry Guidelines
* To be entered into the Contest, your entry must be submitted online and received between 12:01:00 am Central Standard
Time (CST) on January 7, 2016 and 11:59:59 pm CST on January 14, 2016 (the “Entry Period”).
* Entrants may enter the promotion during the Entry Period by: (i) sharing the QT Pizza Party Giveaway post on Facebook,
(ii) retweeting the QT Pizza Party Giveaway tweet on Twitter, or (iii) commenting on the QT Pizza Party Giveaway post on
Instagram and tagging at least two (2) friends in your comment (each a “Submission Channel” and each entry on a Submission
Channel, an “Entry”). No purchase necessary to participate.
* You may enter the Contest through each Submission Channel but may make only (1) Entry per Submission Channel per
person (for a potential total of three (3) Entries per person using all available Submission Channels).
By submitting an Entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the grant of rights set forth below.
Entries must be submitted by the individual making the Entry and from his or her own authorized account. QuikTrip will not
be responsible for incomplete, lost, late or misdirected Entries or for the failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures
or technical failures of any kind.
QuikTrip reserves the right to eliminate any entry that does not adhere to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules,
uses inflammatory or derogatory language or language that is lewd, obscene, pornographic or disparages QuikTrip, or that is
otherwise inappropriate at QuikTrip’s sole discretion, and any such Entry may be disqualified and not posted to (or removed
from) the Submission Channel and/or website. All of QuikTrip’s decisions are final.
Prize Descriptions
There will be five (5) winners of the Pizza Party prize.
Winners will receive a Pizza Party from QuikTrip, consisting of: (i) four (4) X-Large QT Kitchens Pizzas of winner’s selection
(options include Supreme, Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, or Breakfast Pizza), and (ii) your choice of (a) two (2) two liters of
any soft drink or (b) one (1) case of bottled water in stock at QuikTrip.
Winner must redeem prize for delivery between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. local time between January 22, 2016 and February 29,
2016 (excluding February 5, 2016 through February 7, 2016, which shall be a blackout period for redemption). Winners may
select: (a) delivery of the prize to a location within ten (10) miles of a QT Kitchens location, or (b) pick up from a QT Kitchens
location. Winner must notify QuikTrip of proposed time, date and location of redemption no less than one (1) week in
advance, and final time, date, and location of delivery will be finalized by mutual agreement of Winner and QuikTrip. QuikTrip
reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the time, location, and manner of delivery of the prize. Selection of prize
elements is contingent upon availability of stock at the QT Kitchens location where prize is redeemed.
Winner Selections and Prize Notifications
On or about January 15, 2016, five (5) Pizza Party prize winners will be determined by drawing among all eligible Entries
submitted through the Submission Channels during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible Entries received.
Prize winners will be notified via email within seventy-two (72) hours of the end of the Entry Period. In the event that a
potential winner is disqualified for any reason, QuikTrip will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner among all
remaining eligible Entries. The winners will also be announced on the QuikTrip Facebook page, Twitter feed, and Instagram
feed after the winners’ identities are verified.
General Conditions
QuikTrip has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Contest if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other conditions beyond QuikTrip’s control, or at QuikTrip’s
discretion for any other reason. QuikTrip is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or
human error. By submitting an entry, you hereby assign to QuikTrip and agree that QuikTrip owns all right, title, and interest,
including without limitation all copyright rights, in and to your Entry materials that are provided in connection with the Contest.
By entering, you agree that you will not receive any monetary compensation as a result of any use of the Entry materials and
that QuikTrip’s willingness to consider your Entry in the Contest constitutes adequate and sufficient consideration for this
grant. You further agree that if selected as a winner, QuikTrip may in its sole discretion use your Entry and reference your
first name and your city and state of residence to congratulate its winners on QuikTrip’s Facebook page, Twitter feed, and
Instagram feed and anywhere else at QuikTrip’s discretion. By entering the Contest, you irrevocably, unconditionally and
absolutely grant the rights hereunder whether or not you are selected for a prize. Your personal information will be collected
and maintained by QuikTrip.
By participating in the Contest, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless QuikTrip, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
and all their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies and each of their
respective agents, dealers, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”)
from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions or liability of any kind resulting from or arising from
participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non-use of any prize that may be awarded. Released
Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest related materials; for transactions or entries that
are lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, fail to enter into the processing system or are
processed, reported or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer,
human or other error; or for electronic, computer or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any website
associated with this promotion, or process any transaction thereon.
Applicable Law: This Contest shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, U.S.A. without
regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in
any way to this Contest shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, U.S.A.

Twitter feed at [http://twitter.com/quiktrip], or Instagram feed at [http://Instagram.com/quiktrip] for information available
after January ___, 2016. For a list containing the names of the winners, you may also send a self-addressed stamped
envelope, to be received by QuikTrip within six (6) months of the close of the QuikTrip Corporation, Attn: QuikTrip Pizza Party
Contest, P.O. Box 3475, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74101-3475 and request the winner list.

By entering, you may be contacted by QuikTrip with future promotional offers. Information provided by you to participate in
this Contest is subject to QuikTrip’s privacy policies.
Taxes. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility. QuikTrip will withhold
and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of QuikTrip’s jurisdiction and winner’s jurisdiction.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS
AND HAVE ENTERED INTO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR
GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT TO BE A COMPLETE AND
UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
