27 acupoints starting in the 5 th toe and traveling under the sole of the foot to the inside of the ankle, then up the medial leg to the pelvis and then up the anterior torso to the medial ribs



Ki 1: in the depression formed in the anterior part of the sole of the foot

Ki 2: plantar to the navicular bone, on the skin line between the red and white flesh

Ki 4 : on the inner aspect of the Achilles tendon, just distal and dorsal to Ki 3
