
Recycle Glue and
Markers!
I’m excited to tell you
about a recycling program
I’m coordinating at our
school. All around Marion
Elementary, students and
teachers will be collecting
used glue bottles, glue
sticks, and markers that are
ready to be discarded.
Rather than being sent to a
landfill, these items may be
recycled to make new
products or even
converted into clean fuel.
Please help support our
efforts by sending your kids
in with any used glue or
markers you may have
around the house. Drop-off
boxes will be located in the
art room for your child to
deposit the used supplies.
Thank you in advance for
participating! With the help
of parents like you, we can
keep lots of plastic out of
landfills each year.
Thanks for your support!
