Feedback analysis
(how do you do it? Reward/corrective measures)
Feedback Mechanism
1.
Class committee
2.
Feedback system from students
3.
Class PTA
4.
Employer Survey
• Feedback taken from students using structured format twice in every semester
• Class committees are formed and meetings are held regularly
• Feedback collected for all courses (Yes/No) :Yes
• Specify the feedback collection process :Feedback form and Performance appraisal form
• Percentage of students participating :80%
• Specify the feedback analysis process:
• Feedback is collected manually once in every semester by the Head of the concerned department. Almost 80% of the students participate in
this process. Student feedback form is a questionnaire having 12 questions and is evaluated on a 5 point scale. Also the space is given for
descriptive feedback. Teaching effectiveness index is calculated using this feedback and is used to improve the teaching effectiveness.
• Basis of reward / corrective measures, if any
• Basis of reward - overall performance and performance for specific items Corrective measures - faculty will be properly informed
about the strength and weakness’ by HOD/principal
• Number of corrective actions taken in the last three years
