Boxes where 60% or more of the teams members indicated “in place”, the item is considered “in place.” • The district External Coach completes her/his version of the school’s PoI and meets with the Internal Coach and school administrator to review scores, reconcile discrepancies/gaps, collect signatures and assist with action planning and arrange technical assistance Completing the PoI • Special Note: – For a school that does not have all items marked as “in place” in Phase l for any of the three tiers, that school is considered to be “Below Phase l” and the box in the left hand column marked “Below Phase l” is checked – This indication assists the school/district coaches and the Regional Facilitator to plan training and technical assistance accordingly Submitting the PoI • The results are sent to the PA PBS Network Regional Facilitator where training and technical assistance are finalized • Final results are sent to PA PBS Network, PaTTAN Pittsburgh office, c/o Patty Panuccio, 3190 William Pitt Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, ppanuccio@pattan.net, fax – 412-826-1964 Summary: PoI • WHO: • WHAT: Universal, Secondary, & Tertiary Teams as applicable The PoI provides a checklist of observable features that indicate establishment of critical elements for implementation. This tool offers a snapshot of established elements and guides development of other critical features. • WHERE: At your school • WHEN: This may be on-going with final report at end-of-year • HOW: Completed by Team members at each Tier.
