Achievements IN CADBURY INDIA LIMITED:
 Devised & launched a unique “Best in Class” project in Jodhpur, to
derive all round excellence in sales & marketing operations viz. market
brand visibility, market coverage & stock availability. After doing the
project in Jodhpur the Secondary growth has jumped from 6% in first
half of 1998 to 62% in second half of 1998 and 1999 was 42 % again
as against Rajasthan state growth were 5%. The success of this
campaign in Jodhpur prompted the company to take it up on a National
scale.
 Conceived, developed & launched a “Super Stockiest” operation to
enhance penetration in new markets and sustain level of product
availability in existing markets

In 2002, under my supervision company has started Project
MICROWAVE (BIC) in Rajasthan state and end of 2002 Rajasthan
volume growth was 28%, that was the best in Northern Branch of the
company.

I have BIFURCATED the Jodhpur city from one distributor to three, by
taking a big risk in July 2002. Before the bifurcation, Jodhpur volume
growth was 12% and after bifurcation the growth was about 43%. It
was a big satisfaction for me as well as for the company. In 2002
Jodhpur city was a CONTROL TOWN of the company, therefore NO
INPUTS from the company in the town.

Again in 2003 company has given me the project “ BIC” for
Jaipur/Jodhpur towns, under my supervision towns delivered the 26% &
31% growth respectively, as against 14% Rajasthan state growth…till
04’2003.
