The Sales Channel Manager is responsible for the development, delivery and execution of demand
generation programs to enable RAYOMAR Enterprises, Inc. (RE, Inc.) to identify new sales opportunities,
generate qualified pipeline leads and drive RE, Inc. product revenue in all targeted US and foreign
market sales territories.
The Sales Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners.
The Sales Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment
objectives. The Sales Channel Manager represents the entire range of company products and services
to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner
vertical market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Channel Manager reports to the CEO of RAYOMAR Enterprises, Inc. and coordinates with
company staff, consultants and advisors as assigned.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and
territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel
partner accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and
management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners? expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner
accounts.
Assists in design and implementation of a joint partner planning process that develops mutual
performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with productive channel
partner relationships.
Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent
communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Proactively recruits new qualified channel partners.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Achieves assigned sales quotas in designated channel partner accounts.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Completes channel partner account plans that meet company standards.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
ORGANIZATIONAL Development
Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other
company sales and management resources as needed.
Closely coordinates company executives, staff, consultants and advisors involvement with
channel partner and end-user customers as appropriate.
Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and
problem resolution.
This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities within specific
partner accounts as sales and revenue growth dictate and allow in the future.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
Associates or Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a
related field preferred
3-5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the manufacturing and/or technology sector
preferred
Experience in sales campaign execution, sales lead management, trade show event sales
Experience interfacing with channel partners such as Value Added Resellers and/or System
Integrators
Solid understanding of channel marketing programs and strategies
Knowledgeable on target markets, competitive industry, strategy and product lines
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Availability to travel 25% to 50% of the time
