Multiple Language Support

Windows 7 support for multiple languages is similar to Windows Vista:
Only Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise editions support installing more than
one Language Pack and switching languages per user session.
Windows 7 Ultimate users can download Language Packs from Windows
Update. Windows 7 Enterprise users obtain Language Packs through volume
licensing agreements.
The set of available Language Packs is the same as those for Windows Vista.
Language Interface Packs (LIPs) , or partial Language Packs, may be installed on
any Windows 7 edition, as long as the parent Language Pack is installed, and
may be downloaded for free from the Microsoft download center.
