Personal touch and service from the store now also online
If a customer visits a certain webpage longer or more often, Oger understands that the
customer might need help. The shop will automatically start a text chat with an advisor in
the store. If the customer wants personal fashion advice, it is possible through a real-time
video chat.
The platform is custom developed by HidashHi. The technique is easy to implement and
easy to use. "Our application is device-independent so you can use it on different platforms.
You do not have to download or install anything, you do not need to register and the client
stays in the Oger environment", says Micha Koopmans, CEO HidashHi.
“In the future, it will be no longer about the visit to the store or web shop, but about the
relationship you have with the customer. With the HidashHi platform you can build and
strengthen the relationship between customer and brand, customer and store, customer
and advisor”, says Jeroen Janssen, CRM & Marketing Manager at Oger.
For retailers, this is good for the customer relationship and for the store. Valstar: "Online
personal advice leads to higher conversion and higher sales because the customer is better
informed. There are fewer questions so the customer can go quickly through the sales
process".
With the Oger platform a client can contact a personal adviser at the store. The consultant
is ready to show specific items, colours and accessories in the size of the customer and give
personal advice through a real-time video chat.

Communications) and Martijn (Creative & Buying Director), are co-owners and will take the
tiller from their father in due course.
