All rooming lists must be typed with the student’s LAST NAME FIRST.
Any combining of students from different chapters should be taken care of by the corresponding chapter advisor(s). Note: The hotel is
not responsible for students being on different floors as advisors if sharing rooms with other chapters.
Special requests (i.e. School A on the same floor as School B) must be noted on the housing form, but there is no guarantee request will
be accommodated.
Double-double rooms will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Roll-a-way beds will be complimentary and on a first-come, first-serve basis. The maximum is ONE rollaway per room as per fire codes.
You may choose to put 5 people in a room in order to keep costs down and have the 5 th person bring a sleeping bag.
STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS:
Please list any student you are bringing who is in need of special attention and we will try, in every way possible, to help
accommodate them. Please communicate special needs directly to the hotel and confirm that they have received it.
