A leader in a summer program has a great responsibility of establishing other Christians in their faith. Because of
this, the Navigators have developed criteria that we think a team leader would need to have:
1.
Consistent in the basics of Word, prayer, fellowship, and witnessing; is under the Lordship of
Christ; and has been growing in these areas for a period of time
2.
Has developed a heart for God
3.
Is willing to make sacrifices to grow
4.
Is involved in ministry on their campus
5.
Has attended a Navigator program (exceptions may be made for this)
6.
Demonstrates humility through a teachable/learner’s heart
