EBS Global Upgrade
COMPANY OVERVIEW
• Diamond Resorts International®, with global headquarters in
Las Vegas, Nev., is one of the largest vacation ownership
companies in the world with nearly 150 branded and affiliated
resorts and nearly 23,000 guest beds in 17 countries with
destinations throughout the continental United States and
Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

CHALLENGES/OPPORTUNITIES
• Diamond Resorts an existing client on R11.5.10 operated on
two instances that separated their U.S. and European
financial systems. The customer needed to move to a single
instance in order to promote global practices. DRI also is
migrating from their HR/Payroll Service Bureau to Oracle
HRMS.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
• Oracle Consulting and Diamond Resorts
jointly led the project. The client created a
standardized chart of accounts for their
global operations in US, UK, Spain,
France, and Portugal.
• The HR Global employee population will be
available for Headcount Reports and
similar Executive Reports.
